About Me

At UNF, I work with faculty across the university to design Quality Matters‑certified courses. I primarily collaborate with faculty in the College of Arts and Sciences and College of Education. In 2024, I earned the Online Learning Consortium Instructional Designer Certificate. Outside of my UNF role, I also serve as an external (third) reviewer for national Quality Matters reviews.

Before joining UNF, I taught and conducted doctoral research at Virginia Tech, where I completed my PhD in 2023. As an instructor in the Department of Political Science, I developed and taught interdisciplinary courses in political theory and international relations across in‑person, hybrid, and online settings. My research was supported by the Mellon Foundation, the American Council of Learned Societies, and The Roothbert Fund.

In my free time, I enjoy watching Premier League football (I’m a die-hard Liverpool fan!), listening to audiobooks on long walks, and trying to hit my goal of 150 books in a year on GoodReads.
